RETURNS POLICY

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund or replace products that have been damaged in shipping or are otherwise unusable. Any other requests for refund will be dealt with on a case by case basis and be purely at the discretion of Fenlandz Health.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an automatic refund or exchange, but please get in touch as we may be able to offer a solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are eligible for a return and wish to do so, in the first instance please email us at info@fenlandz.co.uk for a return authorisation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus shipping and associated costs if applicable, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 5 working days from notification of refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fenlandz.co.uk and we will let you know how to go about returning it to us. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning an item, you are responsible for the item until it’s received by us so you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are a first time purchaser of 4CYTE Horse or 4CYTE dog, we are so confident you will love the results that we offer a full money back guarantee. You must use the product for a full 14 days at the recommended rate. If it's doing nothing for you, then you have two weeks to return the partially used product and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

This policy applies to first time purchases of 250ml 4CYTE Horse and 50ml 4CYTE Dog from Fenlandz Health only. You must contact us between day 14 & day 28 of you receiving the product to be eligible. Email info@fenlandz.co.uk for instructions.
